Hunan University Changsha Semiconductor Technology and Application Innovation Institute is jointly established by the Changsha Municipal People's Government, Hunan University and Yuelushan University Science and Technology City Management Committee. It is one of the ten major scientific and technological innovation projects in Changsha City, with the goal of creating a highland for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. The key task is to support the development of Changsha's "semiconductor-device-chip-equipment" 100 billion industrial base and help Changsha grow into a world-class semiconductor technology innovation center.
